Quality

Quality isn’t a feature of Supreme Essentials, it’s the entire point.

Two things separate a supplement that works from one that just fills a bottle: the forms of the nutrients inside it, and the ingredients left out. We obsess over both.

The right forms

We use the active, bioavailable form of every nutrient — the form your body actually recognizes and can put to use — even when it costs far more than the cheap alternatives most brands rely on. A few examples of what that means in practice:

Benfotiamine, a fat-soluble form of thiamine
(B1) with enhanced support for the nervous system, instead of ordinary thiamine.

Citicoline (CDP-Choline) for superior absorption and brain health.

Activated B vitamins the body doesn’t have to convert first: riboflavin 5-phosphate (B2), pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6), L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate), and methylcobalamin (B12).

Vitamin K1 and K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), for bone and cardiovascular support.

Chelated minerals in glycinate, malate, and picolinate forms for better absorption — including calcium malate instead of poorly absorbed calcium carbonate. We avoid citrate forms, which are typically fermented from Aspergillus niger (which can contain mycotoxins and be problematic for sensitive people).

Tested and transparent

Every product is third-party tested for heavy metals, and we don’t keep the results to ourselves — we share our lab testing openly, and you can watch it for yourself on our Instagram. If we wouldn’t hand it to our own family, it doesn’t ship.

What we NEVER use:

Magnesium stearate — a GMO-derived lubricant.

Titanium dioxide — flagged in the EU as a possible carcinogen.

Artificial sweeteners — including aspartame and sucralose.

Synthetic dyes.

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) — a petroleum derivative.

Added sugar.

Because a supplement should be all of the good and none of the junk. That’s the whole idea behind Supreme Essentials.
