PRENATAL VITAMIN

One prenatal. From preconception through breastfeeding.

Comprehensive daily nutrition with 28 purposefully dosed nutrients, designed to support women as they prepare for pregnancy, throughout pregnancy, and while breastfeeding.*

  • Carefully selected nutrient forms and purposeful dosages.
  • Includes 5-MTHF folate, CDP-choline, and iron.
  • All-in-one prenatal to support all stages of motherhood.

Preconception

Nourish the beginning

Beginning nutritional support before conception means important nutrients are already part of your daily routine during the earliest stages of pregnancy, often before you know you are pregnant. Folate helps your body make new cells, while vitamin B12 supports healthy blood and normal nervous-system function.*

Pregnancy

Support for growing needs

During pregnancy, your body needs more of certain nutrients as it supports both you and your baby. Iron helps your blood carry oxygen throughout the body, while choline supports your baby’s developing brain and nervous system.*

Postpartum & Breastfeeding

Care for the next chapter

After birth, your body continues to recover and adjust, whether you breastfeed, formula-feed, or combine both. Vitamin C supports collagen formation, an important part of normal tissue repair, while iodine supports healthy thyroid function. For mothers who breastfeed, iodine needs increase during lactation, making continued nutritional support especially important.*

FORMULA HIGHLIGHTS

Inside the formula.

A closer look at six key nutrients and the roles they play.
01

5-MTHF Folate

1,390 mcg folate · 2,312 mcg DFE

A metabolically active form of folate that supports normal cell division and red blood cell formation. Folate is especially important during the earliest stages of pregnancy, often before a woman knows she is pregnant.*

02

CDP-Choline

150 mg

Choline supports fetal growth and the development of the brain and nervous system. Nutritional needs for choline increase during pregnancy and rise further while breastfeeding.*

03

Iron

25 mg

Iron supports the production of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen throughout the body. The body’s need for iron increases considerably during pregnancy.*

04

Iodine

150 mcg

Iodine supports normal thyroid hormone production, which plays an important role in metabolism and the development of baby’s brain and nervous system.*

05

Vitamin D3

50 mcg · 2,000 IU

Vitamin D supports immune function and helps the body absorb calcium, contributing to maternal health and the development of healthy bones and teeth.*

06

Methylcobalamin B12

150 mcg

A bioavailable form of vitamin B12 that supports red blood cell formation, nervous system function, and cellular processes that work alongside folate.*

Questions, answered.

Can I combine Supreme Essentials Prenatal with other supplements?

Possibly, but because Supreme Essentials Prenatal already contains 28 nutrients, we recommend reviewing any additional supplements with your healthcare practitioner. This can help avoid unnecessary overlap, particularly with nutrients such as iron, folate, iodine, and vitamins A and D, and determine whether you need any additional support.

When should I start taking Supreme Essentials Prenatal?

We believe nutritional preparation should begin before conception and care should continue after birth, through postpartum recovery and breastfeeding. Because every woman’s needs and timeline are different, your healthcare practitioner can help you decide when to begin and how long to continue.

Does Supreme Essentials Prenatal contain DHA or other omega-3s?

No. Supreme Essentials Prenatal focuses on vitamins, minerals, and choline and does not contain DHA or other omega-3 fatty acids. Your healthcare practitioner can help determine whether a separate omega-3 supplement belongs in your routine based on your diet and individual needs.

Does it provide all the choline I need during pregnancy?

Each daily serving provides 150 mg of choline. This contributes to your overall intake but is not intended to be your only source. Choline daily needs increase during pregnancy and while breastfeeding, so food and additional supplementation may also play a role.

What should I do if the prenatal feels difficult on my stomach?

Try taking the capsules with a meal or snack, dividing them throughout the day, or taking them later if mornings are difficult. If discomfort persists or nausea makes it difficult to keep food, fluids, or supplements down, speak with your prenatal healthcare provider.
